S Ramachandran joined
KEF Holdings as the Corporate Head for Human
resources. He has over 18 years of
experience as a Human Resource professional
in industries related to metals and mining,
pharmaceutical and Contract Research. Prior
to joining KEF Ram has handled various roles
with GVK Biosciences, Dr. Reddy’s
Laboratories and Vedanta Resources in India. |

February 2010 -
Ewan O’Leary
is a
qualified metallurgist, with 26 years
experience, 23 of which have been in the
ferrous foundry industry. Most of his
experience has been in casting items for use
in mining, minerals processing, railway,
power generation and defense sectors. He has
recently arrived from Sydney, Australia to
join ETC after working at Weir Minerals
Australia in the position of Foundry
Manager, and Operations Director at Weir
Minerals China. He has held other
operational management positions within
melting, production, after cast and sales
and marketing areas, along with technical
roles in R&D and product development. |

Amit Krishnan
joined KEF Holdings as Process Development
Manager. His main role involves achieving
convergence between the process flow and the
systems architecture in the organization. He
has prior experience in the investment
banking industry and relishes the
opportunity to put his skills to use
learning in a production environment. Amit
is a recent graduate of Georgetown
University in Washington DC, having majored
in International Political Economy. |

Michael Roussel
joined KEF Holdings as Scheduling Manager.
He has 4 years experience in the industrial
field. Prior to KEF, he has been Planning
Manager in a petroleum valves to the energy,
marine, oil and gas downstream and upstream
markets, and also had a technical experience
in a company for study and realization of
special machines for automotive industry. He
is a graduated engineer from the ICAM
Institute. |

James Dewar
joined KEF Holdings as ‘Production
Engineering Unit Head. He has over 30 years
manufacturing experience, covering a vast
range of products for the oil and gas,
petrochemical, aerospace, automotive,
military and special tooling industries,
having held managerial positions in machine
shop, CAD/CAM, general management of startup
companies from green field sites and project
management for EPC contractors. |
